Importing data into a Hosted Exchange Mailbox
1. Open the ‘File’ menu and select
‘Import and Export’
2. Select ‘Import from another program
or file’ and click ‘Next’.
3. Select ‘Personal Folder File
(.pst)’ and click 'Next'.
4. Click ‘Browse’ and find
the location of the .pst file (this is where you have saved it to).
Then select ‘Do not import duplicates’ and click
'Next'.
5. Choose the top level folder, make sure that
‘Include subfolders’ and ‘Import items
into the same folder in:’ are selected and ensure that the
folder the items are being imported into is the top level; Mailbox
- “Your Name” folder and click
'Finish'.
The data will now be imported from the .pst
file into the mailbox.
