Journal Mailbox
Cobweb's Email Journal service takes a copy of every email sent
and received through your company domain name(s) at the time each
email is sent or received.
By ensuring copies of all emails are stored centrally and
securely, your organisation will be able to meet commercial or
corporate governance requirements.
The Journal process utilises “Envelope” journaling which means
that all recipients of an email are recorded, including BCC and
fully expanded Distribution List members. Copies of all emails sent
and received are placed into the Journal Store.
Due to the nature of the Journal service all of your mailboxes
on the Cobweb Hosted Exchange service will be automatically enabled
with the Journal service when purchased.
