Journal Mailbox
If your industry demands, commercial or regulatory requirements
to the long term retention of emails then Managed Email Archival
from Cobweb is for you.
Our solution ensurest that a copy of all emails sent
and received by an organisation are stored in a tamper proof
archive for a specified period of time. The storage management
benefits provided by our Extended Mailbox service is
included as standard with Journal Mailbox. Journal
Mailbox must be enabled for all mailboxes if an organisation wishes
to use this service.
Additional storage is automatically purchased as required in 1
GB blocks.
Extended Mailbox
This service allows organisations to purchase and store an
unlimited amount of email data in the Archive Store. A standard
Mailbox Archive Policy is provided with the service, which
determines when messages are archived and stubbed. An optional
extra for this service is Cross Archive Search, which provides
nominated Archive Administrators with the capability to perform
auditable searches across the entire Archive Store. Storage is
purchased in 1GB blocks.
